Privacy notice

This short notice describes how NightDesk handles personal data, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). It is not legal advice.

Who we are

NightDesk helps appointment shops in Singapore take after-hours booking requests. Contact: hello@nightdesk.sg.

What we collect

• If you email or WhatsApp us: your name, number or email, and whatever you write.
• If you are a shop using NightDesk: shop name, WhatsApp, service list, hours, PayNow name you give us, and Google listing details needed to tidy the listing.
• If a client uses a live booking page (not this demo): name, +65 number, service, and preferred date, so the shop can confirm.

This website’s demo form does not send or store anything. No payment data is collected on our pages. PayNow happens between the client and the shop, or between you and us for the monthly fee.

Why we collect it

• To reply to sales and support messages.
• To set up and run your booking page and canned replies.
• To pass a booking request to the shop you tried to book.
• To invoice the monthly fee over PayNow.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. A client’s booking request goes to the shop they booked. We may use ordinary email, WhatsApp, and hosting tools to run the service. We do not send data overseas as a default practice; if that changes, we will say so and use PDPA-appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Sales chats: as long as needed to answer you, then a short period in case you write again. Shop account details: while you subscribe, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Booking requests: held long enough for the shop to confirm, then as the shop reasonably needs for their diary.

Your rights

You may ask for access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to the DPO. If you are unhappy with our response, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) in Singapore.

This site

We do not run advertising cookies. A local static copy of this site stores nothing on our side. If we later host it on a server, that host may keep ordinary access logs (IP, browser, time).
